How to Request Deletion of Your Data

If you’ve signed up for or interacted with our services using Facebook or Instagram, or provided data via one of our web tools or lead forms, and you’d like your information deleted from our systems, please follow the steps below:

1. Send an email to privacy@okiru.co.za with the subject line: Data Deletion Request
2. In your message, please include your full name and the email address or Facebook ID used to sign up or engage with Okiru.
3. We will verify your request and confirm data deletion within 7 working days.

What Data Is Covered?

This process covers data collected through:

• Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) used to log in, access, or respond to Okiru services
• Lead forms or assessments submitted via Okiru web platforms
• Marketing and communication platforms connected to your account
