Finance for Non-Finance Managers

We make financials clear and useful, so managers can read statements, interpret monthly packs and turn numbers into decisions. Sessions are on request and delivered in-person, virtual or hybrid. Good decisions need more than instinct. We teach the language of finance in plain English, connect it to your business model and show managers how to read income statements, balance sheets, cash flow & equity statements, plus the management accounts they review every month.
